The art of communication since 2012

Editorial support for your government project
Government communication at its best
Authentic communication, impactful and wonderfully clear copy… a wide variety of sectors come to us for this. The government is also a rewarding client, with a variety of projects: from village newspapers to staff magazines, from senior citizens’ guides to e-books, from sustainability reports to city marketing magazines. Whether refreshingly creative or highly technical – we are completely at home in government communications.
E-book for FPS Mobility
Last year, we had the opportunity to create an e-book for FPS Mobility on ‘Mobility as a Service’. A concept that essentially means: easily planning, booking and paying for all your journeys – whether by train, bus, tram, shared bike or shared car – via a user-friendly app. It seamlessly combines different modes of transport into a single service, so you can get from A to B hassle-free and often travel faster, cheaper and more sustainably than in your own car. We sourced the content directly from FPS Mobility, and the copy was given a professional yet wonderfully clear touch. The result: a fully finished e-book in Dutch, French and English, including design and infographics.
Sustainability reports & more for Belgoprocess
At Belgoprocess, the NIRAS subsidiary responsible for managing Belgium’s radioactive waste, the sustainability policy has evolved in recent years from a general framework into concrete, measurable actions. KDV – Language & More supports them in this with communication and storytelling. The collaboration focuses on raising the profile of their sustainability strategy, in which transparency and knowledge-sharing are central, for example regarding the decommissioning of historic facilities, the use of renewable energy, environmental initiatives, circular procurement and the use of rainwater. Belgoprocess actively involves stakeholders in this process and combines operational sustainability with clear external and internal communication, ensuring that their story not only informs but also inspires. But it doesn’t stop there: we are also involved in internal communication, such as staff newsletters.
City marketing magazine for the City of Hoogstraten
In 2026, the City of Hoogstraten will launch the Hoogst Hartelijk Magazine in collaboration with us: an inspiring and stylish publication brimming with stories of residents, entrepreneurs, places and initiatives that capture the soul of the city. Not a traditional tourist brochure or municipal information leaflet, but a compelling city narrative that inspires dreams. Hoogst Hartelijk Magazine is one of the pillars of the city marketing plan on which the City of Hoogstraten is focusing for the coming term of office. The target audience? Domestic and Dutch tourists. And yes, its own residents too. Because they often don’t realise what gems are hidden in their own backyard.
We’ve now made good progress in the process. From brainstorming sessions and editorial meetings to interviews, copywriting and design… we’re looking forward to seeing the result in April 2026.
Senior Citizens’ Guide for the City of Turnhout
A local authority’s target audience is broad and diverse, which makes clear communication all the more important. Especially in a rapidly digitising world, senior citizens deserve extra attention to ensure they can find information easily. That is why the City of Turnhout collaborated with KDV – Language & More to develop a user-friendly Senior Citizens’ Guide, in which all relevant services are clearly organised.
Key considerations for this project: style, structure, timings, tables and practical information had to be balanced, so that the reader always finds the same logic. So from now on, there is a guide that communicates clearly, speaks warmly and really works for the target audience.
Village newspapers for the Municipality of Mol
The hamlets and neighbourhoods of the Municipality of Mol publish their own village newspaper twice a year, full of stories about life in the local area. From a chat with the local police officer to a look back at the fair, from little anecdotes to major neighbourhood initiatives: each newspaper paints a vivid picture of what’s going on in the community.
Behind these publications are enthusiastic volunteers and staff who eagerly collect stories, conduct interviews and draft the initial texts. To ensure that every village newspaper is clear, fluent and consistent, the Municipality of Mol entrusts the final editing to us. Our mission: a clear structure, accessible writing style and consistent tone of voice, so that each neighbourhood retains its own identity whilst forming part of a recognisable series. Yes, we’re rather proud of the village newspapers that strengthen the sense of community in Mol and with which every resident can easily identify.
